Recipe #29: Cinnamon Banana Caramels

4 bananas
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 ¼ cups non fat sour cream
4 tbsp soft light brown sugar


Cut each banana into 16 pieces.

Put 4 in each of 4 ramekins.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Spoon sour cream over bananas.

Place ~ 2” from broiler element.

Watch as the sugar melts onto the sour cream, ~ 1 min.

Remove and let cool.
